This page shows everything that helps you protect your account. This means plan limits, pauses, warm-up, proxies and browser details. It also has tips on what you should do yourself, so your campaigns do not look like spam.

Plan limits

A limit is how much you can send in a day or a month.

  • The daily limit is counted for each profile on its own. It starts again from zero at midnight, your local time.
  • The monthly limit is shared by the whole plan.
  • Follow Up messages (second messages to people who did not reply) use the same limit as your first campaign.

When you reach a limit, sending pauses. Everything done so far is saved. The Stats & Limits screen shows how much you used.

A plan limit is the maximum. A new account should send much less. "No plan limit" on VIP means Verse does not limit sending. But Instagram's own limits still apply.

Pauses between messages

You set the pause in Delay between messages. It is in the Sending parameters of Outreach. Second messages use the same pause.

  • You can set from 5 to 3600 seconds. The normal setting is 105.
  • Verse changes each pause a little, by about 10–15 %. So the pauses are never the same.
  • On the trial, the pause is never shorter than 105 seconds, even if you set less.
  • Verse types the text one letter at a time, with small pauses. It moves the cursor like a person.

Use short pauses only on accounts you have used for a long time. On a new account, keep 105 seconds or more.

Warm-up

Warm-up means you use a new account by hand for the first 48 hours. You cannot run a new VerseAnty profile for the first 48 hours. Verse shows "Warm up the profile first".

During this time, sign in with Login Only. Use the account as usual. Verse does not hold back profiles from Dolphin Anty, Multilogin and AdsPower. They already exist in those apps.

More advice from support, on top of the 48 hours:

  • Fill in the profile: photo, bio, a few posts or stories.
  • For a few days, just use the account: scroll the feed, react to posts, answer messages.
  • On the first day, do not turn on everything at once: proxy, finding artists and sending.
  • For extra accounts, use accounts that are 3 to 6 months old, not new ones.

Start small

Advice from support for your main account: start with 10–15 messages a day. Add about 5 more each week. And change your texts.

So the first run does not go through your whole list, set a limit. On the profile card, there is a Target limit for this run field. Put a small number there, for example 10. Then open Logs, the record of every action, and see how sending went.

A few more rules:

  • Do not run many tasks one after another on one profile. After finding artists, a campaign or reminders, let the account rest.
  • Change your texts from one campaign to the next. Keep three to five versions. How to write them: How to write first messages to artists.
  • Keep Skip already messaged on. Then nobody gets the first message twice.

Proxies and browser details

A proxy is a separate internet address for the account. Browser details are the data about your browser that Instagram can see. The rule is simple: each account has its own profile, its own proxy and its own browser details. And they do not change.

  • Give each account its own proxy that does not change. A residential proxy (the address of a home internet) or a mobile proxy is best.
  • The proxy should be in the country where the account is usually used.
  • Do not suddenly change the country, address or device of a working account.
  • If the proxy did change, click Reset fingerprint on the profile card. If you do not, the browser's time zone and location will not match the address.

How to set up a proxy: Instagram profiles.

iMessage, WhatsApp and email

  • iMessage: no more than 60 new contacts a day on any plan. This limit is for sending from a Mac and through an iPhone together. Sending through an iPhone is called Phone Bridge. Apple limits accounts that message more new people than that.
  • WhatsApp: no more than 60 new numbers a day on any plan. WhatsApp quickly blocks numbers that message many strangers.
  • Email: your email service decides how many emails you can send each day. Usually it is 300–500.

If Instagram limits your account

Instagram may check that you are a human. Or it may ask for a phone number or a code. Or it may block some actions (this is called an action block). Then Verse stops the task on that profile. It writes the reason in Logs.

  1. Stop everything on this profile: campaigns, reminders and finding artists.
  2. Open the profile with Login Only.
  3. Pass the Instagram check by hand.
  4. Use the account yourself for a few days, with no automatic sending.
  5. Then start again with fewer messages. Set a lower Target limit for this run and a longer pause.
  6. Check the proxy. The address and country should be the same as before. If the proxy changed, click Reset fingerprint.

The search logs may show "Instagram profile API rate limited". This means Instagram has limited the search for a while. Do not restart the search many times. Wait a few hours, up to one day. Or use another profile.

On Premium and VIP, you can control Verse from Telegram. Then you get alerts about errors, blocks and limits on your phone. You will see right away if sending stopped.
