Depending on how you use Verse, we may process:

• Email address and email-verification status.
• Telegram account identifiers and public profile information when you connect Telegram.
• License key, plan, subscription status, expiry date and activation history.
• Device identifiers required to activate a license and enforce device limits.
• Payment status, provider reference, currency and amount. Verse does not store complete card details.
• Service logs, security events, usage counters and support messages.

• Create and protect your account.
• Issue, validate, renew and manage Verse licenses.
• Process purchases and match verified provider webhooks to your account.
• Provide downloads, product updates, support and security notifications.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate trials and unauthorized license sharing.

We may share the minimum required information with infrastructure, email, Telegram and payment providers such as Whop and NOWPayments. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms. Tribute will be added only after its integration is enabled.

We retain account, billing and license records while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and prevent abuse. We use access controls, encrypted transport, signed license entitlements and restricted server credentials, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, or disconnect Telegram, by contacting [email protected]. Some billing, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained.
