Here are short answers to the most common questions. Each answer has a link with more details.
Which systems does Verse run on?
macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. There is no version for Linux or phones. To install it, read Install Verse and start the trial.
Can I try it for free?
Yes, for 7 days, with no card. All channels work, but with small limits. For example, 1 Instagram account, 10 direct messages a day and 30 for the whole trial.
The trial has no mass messages from the contact list (CRM), no running several accounts at the same time and no control from Telegram. Get a key on the website or with Get Trial Key (7 days) in the app.
How many Instagram messages can I send a day?
It depends on the plan. On Individual: 30 a day. On Basic and Premium: 40 from each account. VIP has no plan limit.
The daily limit counts each account on its own. The monthly limit is for the whole plan. All numbers are in Plans and limits.
Will my Instagram account get banned?
No one can promise it will not. Verse helps lower the risk. Each account gets a separate browser and its own proxy: a separate internet address.
There is also warm-up: you use a new account by hand for the first 48 hours. Pauses between messages change each time, and there is a daily limit. To learn how to use all this, read Safe sending settings.
Does iMessage work on Windows?
Yes, through an iPhone. Verse sends the messages to your phone over Wi-Fi. The iPhone sends them from your number with the "Verse iMessage" shortcut.
Without an iPhone, iMessage does not work on Windows. Read more in iMessage.
Does WhatsApp work on Windows?
Yes. Since Verse 5.4.1, WhatsApp works on Windows the same way as on a Mac. Read more in WhatsApp campaigns.
Does Verse message artists on Spotify?
No. On Spotify, Verse only finds artists and their listeners, cities and Instagram link. Then you can write to them on Instagram or from the contact list. Read more in Spotify artist discovery.
Does Verse know when an artist has replied, so it does not write again?
No. You make the list for follow-up messages yourself. Before you start, remove anyone who replied. Read more in Instagram follow-ups.
Can I send a beat or a pack?
On Instagram, Verse sends text only. So share beats as a link.
In email, a pack of MP3, WAV or ZIP files is split into parts of up to 25 MB. In iMessage and WhatsApp you can add up to 10 files of 100 MB each. Read more in Email campaigns and beat packs.
Can I connect accounts from Dolphin Anty?
Yes. You can also connect them from Multilogin and AdsPower. These apps give each account its own browser.
The app must be running and have an active subscription. If not, Verse cannot open the accounts through it. Read more in Instagram profiles.
Where are my contacts and chats stored?
On your computer, in the Verse folder. It holds your contact list, the artists you found, your message history and your accounts. You can move them with a backup: one file with all your data. Read more in Backup and data.
How do I move Verse to another computer?
On the old computer, click Export Backup. Unlink the old computer in your dashboard and enter the key on the new one. Then click Import Backup. All steps are in License, devices and moving.
How do I pay?
On the website, on the pricing page. Or in the Verse Telegram bot, by card or with cryptocurrency. The buttons on the Pricing screen in the app open the bot. Read more in Payment and renewal.
Why pay for a year?
A year costs the same as 10 months: you get two months free. That saves about 17%. The limits are the same as when you pay per month.
How do I control Verse from Telegram?
You make your own Telegram bot. From your phone you can start and stop sending, see how the work is going and get notifications. This is on Premium and VIP. Read more in Control Verse from Telegram.
How do I update Verse?
On Windows, the update installs by itself when Verse starts. On macOS, Verse downloads the installer to Downloads. Drag the app to Applications and replace the old one. Your data stays. Read more in Updating Verse.
How do I contact support?
Write on Telegram at @versemgmt or to [email protected]. Give your Verse version, your system and the lines from Logs: notes about what Verse did. To see what you can check yourself, read Common problems and fixes.
