Verse is an independent productivity tool and is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, Apple, Discord or Telegram. Automated activity may be restricted by third-party terms. Verse does not guarantee that an account will avoid limits, reviews, suspensions or other platform actions.

• A license is personal to the purchaser and may not be resold or shared beyond its plan limits.
• Device identifiers may be used to enforce activation limits.
• Attempts to bypass licensing, usage limits or signed entitlements may result in suspension.
• Trial access is limited to one eligible trial per device unless Verse states otherwise.

Subscription prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. A license is activated only after the payment provider confirms payment. Recurring plans may renew automatically until cancelled through the available billing controls. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the purchase circumstances and the payment provider's rules.
