You can pay for Verse in two places: on the website in your dashboard, or in the Verse Telegram bot. In both cases, you get your license after the payment service confirms the payment. A license is your right to use Verse on the plan you chose.

Before you buy, compare plans in Plans and limits.

Prices

PlanPer monthPer year
Individual$15$150
Basic$25$250
Premium$45$450
VIP$75$750

A year costs the same as 10 months. You get two months free. Yearly plans have the same limits.

How to pay on the website

  1. Open the Pricing page.
  2. Choose to pay per month or per year.
  3. Click the button on the plan you want.
  4. Sign in to your Verse account or create one. The payment and the license are linked to this account.
  5. On the checkout page, check "1. Select a plan" and "2. Billing period".
  6. Under "3. Payment method", choose how to pay. Ways that are not ready yet say "Soon".
  7. Click "Continue with …".
  8. Finish the payment on the payment service's page.
  9. When the payment is confirmed, open Dashboard → License. Your key appears there.

A key (license key) is a code that turns Verse on for your computer.

How to pay in the Telegram bot

In the app, open the Pricing screen. The Choose Plan and Upgrade buttons open the Verse Telegram bot. In the bot you can pay:

  • by bank card;
  • with cryptocurrency.

Before you pay, the bot shows the amount. When the payment is confirmed, it sends the key to the chat.

Where to paste the key:

  • if you are turning on Verse for the first time: on the Activate Bot screen;
  • if you already use Verse: in Settings → Account → License and activation.

Where to see your subscription and payments

Open Dashboard → Billing. Here you see:

  • Current subscription: plan, price, period and how you paid;
  • when the current period started and when it ends;
  • Renewal: "Automatic" or "Cancels at period end";
  • Payment history: all your payments. If the payment service gives receipts, you see links to them here.

Some payment services have their own customer page. If you paid through one of them, Manage subscription opens it. There you can change your card or cancel renewal.

When your key ends and which computers are connected, see License. Read more in License, devices and moving.

Renewal

A subscription with automatic renewal renews by itself. The key stays the same. Monthly limits go back to zero.

A one-time payment covers only one period. For example, this is how paying with cryptocurrency works. To keep using Verse, pay for the next period before the current one ends.

After you pay, the app may still show your old plan or old limits. Then restart Verse. If that does not help, write to support. Give your account email and the time you paid.

Cancel and refund

Cancelling stops future payments. It does not give back money for the current period. Verse keeps working until the paid period ends.

You can cancel renewal in two ways:

  • with Manage subscription in the dashboard;
  • in the payment service you paid through.

Refund rules are in the refund policy. To get a refund, email [email protected]. Give your account email, how you paid and the payment number (transaction ID). After a refund, the license may be turned off.
