Find artists who fit your sound.
Verse finds artists in two places. ReachVerse, the Verse tool for Instagram, goes through the pages you choose. It saves the artists it finds with their public contacts. Spotify search adds monthly listeners, listener cities and the artist's Instagram.

Why it is hard to keep track of artists you find
You open a blog's new posts, tap tagged artists and look for an email in their bio. Then you paste their names into a note. An hour later, you have about 12 names. You do not know which ones you already checked last week. Verse remembers its sources and saves only the profiles you want. Then it sends them to your CRM: one table with every artist and deal.
From a source page to a list in the CRM
- 01
Choose Instagram pages for ReachVerse
Add music promo pages, blogs and artists in your style. Choose what to check: profiles, stories, posts and reels, and tags. You can also check followers and following, but these modes are experimental. Save only artists, artists and producers, or everyone. Filter by number of followers and keep only profiles with contacts if you want.
- 02
Find similar artists on Spotify
Search by artist, track, playlist or Spotify link. Then add similar artists for one or more artists you picked. Collect data adds monthly listeners, listener cities and official social links. You can filter by Instagram, listener region and number of listeners.

- 03
Check the artists you found
Artists from Instagram are saved with profile, email, phone, category, source, bio and date. You can copy them with a contact filter or export them to XLSX. Spotify artists go to the Artist library, or you can export them as CSV.
- 04
Move them to the CRM
Import the artists you found on Instagram into the shared CRM. In Spotify, press To CRM for artists with an Instagram. Then write to them in any channel.

AI sorting
AI marks each profile as Artist, Producer, Media or Other. If the AI server does not work, Verse keeps the profiles and checks them later.
Memory and exclusions
Skip a source for 24 hours, keep looking further down the list, or check new sources first. You can load exclusions from a TXT file.
Followers and following
These modes are experimental, up to 5,000 per source. Start with 100 to see how your account handles it.
Two ways to connect Spotify
By default, Verse uses the shared Verse server. Or you can connect your own Spotify Web Player session with a Chrome extension.
Artist library on your computer
Every Spotify artist with collected data stays in the library on your computer. You can search it by name or genre, even after the monthly limit runs out.
What Verse does not do
- It does not write to anyone on Spotify. Spotify is only for finding artists. You write to them in other channels.
- Spotify search is marked experimental in the app. Spotify does not give every detail for every artist.
- ReachVerse collects only public contacts from the bio and bio links.
- A new Instagram profile cannot search for artists in its first 48 hours (warm-up).
The short answers.
Does Verse send messages on Spotify?
No. Verse uses Spotify to find artists and collect their listeners, cities and social links. You write to them on Instagram, by email or in another channel.
Where do the emails and phone numbers come from?
From what the artist made public in their Instagram bio and bio links. If a profile has no contacts, Verse saves it without them. If you chose Only with contacts, Verse skips it.
What counts toward the Spotify limit?
Each new artist in a calendar month counts once. You get 100 on the trial and 300 on Individual. Basic has 1,000, Premium 5,000 and VIP 10,000.
Is finding artists risky for my Instagram account?
ReachVerse works in your own profile, so be as careful as when you work by hand. The search has daily limits for each profile. If Instagram says you are too fast several times, Verse pauses that source for 30 minutes.
How much can I find on the trial?
17 Instagram profiles, up to 2 sources per run, 6 posts and 100 followers per source. Plus 100 Spotify artists. That is enough to test your sources.
